Derrick R. Luby is a recently retired U.S. Probation Officer who offers clients 30 years of experience with the federal sentencing and PSR process.
Background. With top secret clearance, Mr. Luby served the United States Probation Office in Philadelphia in various roles as a U.S. Probation Officer, and JTTF Coordinator. In this capacity, Mr. Luby was responsible to brief and advise federal judges on the application of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for hundreds of federal criminal cases.

Education. Mr. Luby holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston’s Northeastern University. Mr. Luby was an adjunct professor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and a National Trainer Staff Training Aimed at Reducing Rearrest (STARR).
